Organic white tahini is made from hulled sesame seeds. Nothing is added, just a pure paste with a sophisticated, slightly savoury taste. Tahini is an increasingly popular product that fits well in endless different dishes. You can use it to make hummus, stir it through yoghurt or use it as a basis for sauces and dressings.

How to use it

Add 2 tablespoons to your homemade hummus. Add it to a savoury (bread) mix. Make a sauce of tahini, sesame oil, genmai su and tamari.

How you keep it

After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
