These paper thin slices of pickled ginger can be used as a side dish with sushi, along with wasabi and soy sauce. Japanese eat sushi ginger in between snacks, because ginger neutralizes flavours. Sushi ginger is also delicious with a salad, on a veggie burger sandwich or in summer rolls. We use first-class organic ginger from paradise Fiji: islands with one of the cleanest soils in the world.
