Brown rice vermicelli is made from organic brown rice flour. With organic vermicelli noodles you can prepare delicious vegan mihoen or chow mein. The rice vermicelli is ready after soaking for 5 minutes in boiling water. These brown vermicelli noodles are especially popular in the Vietnamese cuisine. You can put them in a Vietnamese bowl or use them in a soup. Or use them as a filling in a Vietnamese summer roll. Combine rice vermicelli with our (brown) rice paper sheets.

How to use it

Put in boiling water for 5 minutes and separate the vermicelli noodles with a fork.

How you keep it

After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
