Due to a fat percentage of 30%, this coconut cream is so creamy that you no longer need whipped cream. For this creamy coconut whipping cream (aka: vegan whipping cream) you don't have to 'whip' anything out, except for the beautiful can. Nice and creamy, deliciously vegan. And without the emulsifier guar gum. With the natural binder tapioca, because that makes this coconut cream wonderfully firm.
Serve a swirl on pastries or on hot plant-based chocolate milk.

How to use it

Shake the can well before placing it in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Whip it up with a hand mixer (2-3 minutes) until it becomes a nice firm swirl.

How you keep it

After opening, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.
