Coconut milk is a handy store cupboard ingredient. Our organic coconut milk consists of 80% coconut and 20% water. That's probably the highest percentage of coconut you can currently find on the market. It ensures a rich taste and an extremely full texture. We do not extract any fat from the coconut to keep the percentage naturally high (22%). It can't get any better! Did you know that you can use the coconut cream (the thick part of the coconut milk that separates) for (vegan) baking or cream? If you want to try this, simply put the can in the fridge overnight before using.

Also available in a 200 ml can.

How to use it

Put the unopened can in the fridge for several nights so that the fat separates from the liquid. The cream can be used as a vegan cream or to thicken cakes and desserts, the liquid is nice in smoothies and curries. If you prefer a more homogeneous consistency, Keep the can in your kitchen cupboard and shake it before use.

How you keep it

After opening, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.
