Sonnentor Chinese Green Tea, Loose

A true classic among green teas: Chun Mee is known for its full-bodied character, pleasantly gentle bitterness, and fresh finish. Its name means “precious eyebrow,” inspired by the slightly curved shape of the tea leaves after rolling.

With its floral, mild flavour and delicately dry finish, this green tea is a lovely match for modern, light cuisine. It pairs especially well with Asian dishes such as maki and sushi, as well as savoury and flavourful meals.

Preparation:
Pour 80°C hot water over 1 teaspoon per cup (200 ml) and leave to infuse for 2–3 minutes.
