LaSelva Artichoke Cream

This delicious artichoke cream is made from freshly harvested organic artichokes and refined with extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, capers, sea salt, and lemon juice. The result is a beautifully savoury spread with a delicate Mediterranean flavour.

It is wonderful on toasted bread, delicious warmed with a little plant-based cream as a pasta sauce, and also makes a lovely dip when mixed with yogurt or a plant-based alternative. You can also use it to fill pastries or crêpes, or to add extra flavour to vegetable dishes.
