Eden Potato Dumplings

Delicious potato dumplings made easy. This simple dry mix made from gently steamed potatoes, potato starch, and sea salt lets you prepare homemade dumplings quickly and without fuss.

Just shape the dough into dumplings and let them simmer gently for 20 minutes. A lovely comforting side dish for hearty meals and classic home-style cooking.

Preparation for 4 dumplings (1 sachet):
Mix the contents of one sachet with ¼ litre of cold water using a whisk and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
With moistened hands, shape the potato dough into approx. 4 dumplings.
Place the dumplings into boiling salted water, bring briefly back to the boil, then let them simmer gently for 20 minutes.
If using only part of the contents, mix the sachet well before taking out the desired amount.
